Is it a good home RoR application desk help?

I am looking for a host system may use assistance to manage the customer support issues. LivePerson I used in the past and at the same time is good for managing incoming messages from users which is excessive for that need. We use now at Lighthouse bug tracking (love it! Much better than FogBugz ...) And while it is ideal Developer is not very good for cs issues. Any suggestions here? Not necessarily RoR, but like many people take in RoR devving mentality 37 sigs hosting services with features simple, I suppose this could be our best bet. Suggestions?
