The "Smart, we are asked more than any other PRINCE2 method. Most people have only heard good things and often ask what are their shortcomings. It is easy to criticize but sometimes can be PRINCE2 seen as bureaucratic. This is usually before people realize how easy it is to adapt to their needs. As with any method you must use the parts that work for you and discard the rest. Do not be too religious to try to follow the method of the letter.

In a recent research Gartner Group, they found that "management next 3 years the project will become one of the five major strategic issues that most managers will face in order to succeed, so that the Things have never been so good for PRINCE2, etc..

Peter Krischel, president of Krischel believes, "PRINCE2 will eventually turn into a spider network to link with the methods of all other calls of PRINCE2 project management and become the norm to be used for quality management ISO quality control of project environments. "
