How the German copyright law similar to copyright in Sweden?
I know that sites like "thepiratebay.org" are immune to the complaint and because of the Swedish copyright laws relaxed, and companies of the United States can not do anything about it, because that the DMCA does not cover international issues ... Is that German law the same way? A user can get away with sharing copyright Material United States on a server hosted in Germany, without penalty? Or is that Germany has a different way of doing things that Sweden? Please do not give me stupid answers like "piracy is bad!" Or "If someone can be prosecuted anywhere!" because I know that this is not the case. I want to know me, it was not abuse anything ...
I found that I have received no reply to his response. I think the problem is that your question is very difficult to answer unless someone is completely Copyright familiar with the law of both countries. It is quite difficult to be an expert of law in a country, let alone two. Most likely, you have to do your own research. To this end, the best way, in my opinion, become familiar with copyright in a given country (1) Review of the Basic Law, and (2) examination of the case. I doubt you will find the answer easily, so it probably has to do the work on the legal ground on their own.
