hosting blacklist

I scanned my model using Spybot S & D. The Spybot S & D in the taskbar displays 59,820 process .. blacklist?

What does this mean? Sometimes Spybot said that the important registry entry has changed? Can I allow or deny change? A list of Spybot S & D has been added enteries in the hosts file because AVG has stated that the change in the hosts file. How do I file hosts? What is wrong with my PC or is OK. Help plzzzzzz?
