Is it necessary to request social security number or tax identification number, if you run an affiliate program in the U.S.?
I know it's illegal, not to ask for social security number or tax identification number? If yes, what are the steps to get people to submit their Social Security number? Whom shall I send this information too? Sold web hosting and billing software I have (WHMCS) has a built in affiliate program, but do not ask for SSN or Tax ID in the script. Any help would be great!
