Problem accommodation in modern war 2?

Well, I recently changed my internet to Rogers, allegedly because they thought it was better … but actually do worse when all the games online on my PS3. When I returned from host 5-COD before changing my internet … everything would be fine and the game is played without problems. After I changed my Internet, I joined the party, when someone the other was the host went smoothly … but when was the host … all the world just got the connection is broken. And now the case with modern warfare 2. What is the problem here … With the Internet … the router … the PS3?
