visual studio 2010 hosting
Good set up for Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server *something* to insure easy publishing to production environ?
As the title notes, I'm looking for a guided setup on how to install Visual Studio 2010, and SQL Server 2008 or 2005 Express, as well as configuration settings to allow easy publishing to the Production environment once complete.
As more details are always better, the "Production environment" is a web-based host for the ASP.Net MVC framework.

Install the Developer edition of the database your web host first, then install the best copy of Visual Studio available to you. Default installs of both are all you really need.
If you install Visual Studio first it will install SQL Server Express, and possibly the wrong version. Installing SQL Server first ensures its the main and default database server.
Visual Studio 2010 ships with its own debug web site host, so you don't need to configure IIS on your development machine any more.
