In lime wire, why doesn't anyone use the "Chat with Host" feature???

Lime wire is a peer-peer file sharing program.In the result they show a smiley face if you can chat with someone, it seams as if i'm the only one using it because no one ever chats with me.
(please - every one reading this - if you have limewire give the chat feature a try.)

most are shy and afraid of chatting. i have used it and chatted with someone once but its rare that they answer back
