Uploading my website?

Hello. I already have a GoDaddy hosting account. I created a website in iWeb and tried to download to your FTP client. It was not really anything. when I go on my site that shows tutorials on Cute FTP, WAS FTP, etc. Why Is this it? Should I use one? Are there free? Please help. I have no idea what Im doing. Thank you to the size of my index.html is 327 B So you have to do this? Ok, now how exactly? Im sorry .. saying .. GoDaddy has FTP client, but is not working is that b / c my file too big? I do not want to deal with additional stuf if I do make me choose an application to run filezilla? What?

FileZilla is free, and yes, you Need an FTP client to get on the Internet, FTP is as old as the Web and so useful.
