How to configure the Web application Apache / Tomcat / MySQL organizing the environment?

Hey guys, I This Web application that must be integrated into a hosting server to be deployed on Apache Tomcat, the more we have to integrate with payment gateway (provided by the local bank) and we will be using MySQL as DB on Struts. As I havent ever done Accommodation (especialy gateway Payment of the environment and Struts together) Can someone explain every step how to do that. Any suggestions for the server .. WebHosting appropriate? I feel GoDaddy wouldnt be enough for my needs .. because we have many integarte things together, the more we Upgarded due. Accommodation Linux is not an obstacle for me .. If you use a dedicated server or virtual dedicated GoDaddy, you can install more or less anything you want on it, including Tomcat / Struts. You have almost complete control over a virtual Web server and full control on a dedicated server. I use Windows virtual dedicated server for a project I'm doing now. I installed several programs on it, have set up IIS and SQL Server Express to work exactly as I want, and find support to be very sensitive. So if you can afford the approximately $ 50 - $ 70 per month fee virtual dedicated server, which is an excellent alternative.
