Desktop recommended hardware configuration?

Hello, 1. Can any1 tell me if its worth to buy an Intel 965 compared to the original Intel 945 Ryck GCNL home. I have the intention of the other LGA775 Intel Core2Duo (do not remember the number of processors, but its about 2.2 GHz) with 1 GB of DDR2 RAM. 2. I have the 300W power supply and legs 20. I have to buy a new ?...... Yeah, I think 3. I learned it has 4 MB of L2 cache, but read on wikipedia that half is not allowed: "W Is it true? Can we leave without affecting your warranty? I work mostly and some basic applications management system learning using VMWare or similar tools for virtual hosting O / S. Can you suggest, if its value to put in a few dollars more for 965 ... I am planning for effective and well ... No biggies plan to invest ...

1. You want the Intel 965 Ryck if you had to choose between these two. The 945 chipset is quite obsolete. Personally, I would not have a chipset 965. I would go with a P35 chipset new, cost about the same. The Asus seems pretty solid: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131180 2. You will need a new power supply. Jump to a 450-500 watts. Do not spend less than $ 60 in it, that way you are almost guaranteed a good idea. Make sure you have 30 or more amps on the 12V rail. If you have multiple tracks so you can add or less together. 3.Yes, 6300 and 6400 half of people with disabilities 4MB cache. It is not possible because, basically, to have a laser and a short-circuit connection with the other half. More often it is damaged in any way, is why people with disabilities, in the first place.
