What is the best storage solution for implementing a Suse Xen 2 mirrors iSCSI, SAS or Fiber?

I would like to build 2 systems for testing SuSE Xen virtualization software. Basically, I want the first server to host an image of Windows Small Business Server 2003 (which contains a application for Windows SQL), a standard image of Windows Server (such as QuickBooks Server), an image of SLES (as a Terminal Server and file) and SLES another image (such as e-server by mail using Scalix). The second server is used for load balancing and failover. Both servers are on a Dell PowerEdge 1955 Blade Center with two Quad Core processors and 16GB of RAM.

Well, the hardware / OS / software is only part of ...
